Critical water shut-off guide

Follow these three critical steps to minimize water damage and protect your property before our emergency service arrives.

1. Shut off main valve

2. Isolate electricals

3. Clear the workspace

Locate your water meter (usually near the front boundary) and turn the valve clockwise to stop all incoming flow.

If water is pooling near power outlets or appliances, safely switch off your electricity at the main breaker board.

Remove items from under sinks or around the affected area so our technicians can start repairs the second they arrive.
